You will work with our service users to make a real difference to their lives, supporting them to live independently in their own homes. You don’t need any specific experience or qualifications to work as a support worker with us, all we ask is that you have the natural ability to provide compassionate person-centred, high-quality care. We will provide you with training and will support you through all stages of your training, our induction programme incorporates shadowing with an experienced member of the team.
